A simple collection of great stuff I found scavenging the web or simply receiving into my Reader.

Frenchbeauty: Case Study

Today I’m going to give a quick run through the FrenchBeauty website creation.

I’ll give you an overview of my methodology, and off course will put the project in context. Then I’ll look into the UX tools I used such as Personas and Wireframe.

I tried to make it clear and concise, with some nice visuals, as sometimes pictures are worth a 1000 words.

Well, if you’re ready, it all happens after the break.

Snøhetta Expo Review

Multitouch for the very first time!

Last week I went to the Snøhetta exhibition at the Nasjonalmuseet for kunst, arkitektur og design in Oslo (art, architecture and design if you like me don’t speak Norwegian yet).

Snøhetta is very famous Norwegian architect firm who done projects such as The Bibliotheca Alexandrina (Library of Alexandria) in Egypt or the New National Opera House in Oslo.

Those buildings are stunning in my opinion, so I wanted to know more about the firm and their accomplishment.

What captured my attention the most was the multitouch application of the dark, digital room. The application is basically a giant array of iphones connected together and through the net. Well, iphones are the only multitouch applications I have used so far and now I’m wondering what a life size mini architect multitouch application can do for me? And moreover, how easy is it to use?
